Build your order on the Magflow site and submit it as an order request. Magflow reviews the artwork, emails a free digital proof and a final invoice, and only starts printing after you approve the proof and pay. There is no charge to submit a request.

Listed prices are the launch prices for the size, thickness, face, and quantity you select. They exclude shipping. A custom size, or a quantity above the online maximum, is a quote rather than a calculated price. We confirm the order on the free proof before you pay.

Vehicle magnets start at 10 for 2.7×9 and 9×12, and at 2 for 11×17, 11×24, and 15×22. The online maximum is 100. Fridge magnets, 12-month calendars, save-the-dates, business cards, and cut-to-size sheets use the quantities on each price list, with an online maximum of 250. Tape is sold in boxes of 4 rolls. Printable sheets are sold by the 10-sheet pack.

Proofs are emailed within one business day of your request — usually the same day. You can request as many revisions as you need at no charge.

PDF, AI, EPS and SVG give the sharpest results. We also accept high-resolution PNG, JPG, TIFF and PSD files. Uploads can be up to 25 MB each; for anything larger, email the file to magflowstudio@gmail.com.

Yes. Choose “Free design help” when you add a product, tell us what you want on it, and our designers will lay it out using your logo, photos and contact details — free of charge on every order.

Aim for 300 DPI at the final print size. Add 1/8" bleed on all sides and keep text at least 1/4" from the edge. Don’t worry if you’re not sure — we check every file and will let you know if anything needs attention.

Not when they’re cared for. Apply to a clean, dry, flat steel surface, remove the magnet and wipe both surfaces once a week, and take it off before a car wash. Avoid applying over fresh paint (less than 90 days old) or on aluminum and fiberglass panels, which magnets won’t stick to.

Vehicle magnets are 30 mil only. Magnetic business cards, fridge magnets, 12-month calendars, and save-the-dates are 15 or 20 mil. Cut-to-size sheets are 15, 20, or 30 mil. Adhesive tape is 60 mil. Printable sheets are sold as printer-ready 10-sheet packs.

Every product is matte, except printable magnetic sheets, which are offered in gloss or matte at the same price.

Custom sizes with no fixed price are a quote. Vehicle, fridge, and calendar magnets can be quoted up to 23×33 inches, which is the maximum printable size. Cut-to-size sheets can be quoted up to 12×24 inches. We do not offer 18×24 or larger cut-to-size sheets. Window clings, die-cut shapes, and dry-erase planners are not for sale right now.

Production starts after you approve the free digital proof. Product prices do not include a rush charge.

We ship in the United States from our studio in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Product prices exclude shipping. Shipping is confirmed from the order’s size, weight, and destination. Oversized and custom orders may need a separate shipping quote.

Yes — local pickup is free from our studio at 10096 Six Street, Suite K, Rancho Cucamonga. Just mention it in your order notes and we’ll email you when it’s ready.
